After passing through and underground tunnel to Ogi Isle, Ash and friends run into their old friend Richie! He is exploring the island trying to find the mysterious pokemon that is said to live around there. They meet a boy named Oliver who just happens to be playing with that pokemon, a baby Lugia! Meanwhile, Professor Namba of Team Rocket is also operating in the area and they as well are searching for Lugia.
